Delete your account

You can delete your Fantasy11 account yourself at any time, from the app or from this website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Redeem any voucher balance you want to keep before you start, because it is forfeited with the account.

In the app

  1. Open Fantasy11 and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Settings & More and tap Delete Account.
  3. Read what will be removed and confirm. The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

On the website

  1. Sign in at fantasy11.cricket and open My Profile from the menu.
  2. Scroll to the Delete account section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Tap Delete my account, then Yes, delete everything. The account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

What is removed

  • Your email address, name, phone number and profile photo
  • Your date of birth and referral code
  • Every signed-in session and registered device, including push-notification tokens
  • Any pending Amazon voucher requests, which are cancelled
  • Your F11 Coins and unredeemed voucher balance, which are forfeited

What is kept, and for how long

  • Contest entries, teams and leaderboard positions, kept without your name or any identifier so past results stay accurate for other players
  • Voucher requests that were already paid out, kept for accounting for the period the law requires

Nothing kept can be linked back to you. Backups that still hold your data are overwritten within 30 days.

Cannot sign in?

If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, write to us at [email protected] from any address, with the name on the account. We verify the request and delete the account within 15 days. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
