1. About Fantasy11

Fantasy11 is a free-to-play fantasy cricket platform. You build virtual teams of real cricketers and score points from how those cricketers actually perform in real matches, so results depend on your knowledge and judgement of the game. Contests never charge an entry fee, and Fantasy11 never asks for a deposit or stake of any kind. The platform is funded by advertising.

2. Eligibility

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in contests on Fantasy11.
• Geographical Restrictions: Contests on Fantasy11 are free to enter and never take a fee, deposit or stake. Where the law of your state or country restricts online games with prizes, it is your responsibility to check that you may take part.
• Single Account: You are permitted to open only one account on Fantasy11. Creating multiple accounts violates our fair play policy.

3. Your Account

• Keep your account details, especially your email address, accurate and up to date. Vouchers are sent to the email address on your account.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share your sign-in with anyone.
• You may delete your account at any time. Deleting it forfeits your F11 Coins and any voucher balance you have not yet redeemed.

4. Building a Team

• A team has exactly 11 players, with no more than 7 from either side.
• A team needs at least 1 Wicket-Keeper, 2 Batters, 1 All-Rounder and 3 Bowlers, with no maximum for any role. If a match's squad has fewer than 2 spare players in a role, that role's minimum is lowered to leave 2 spare (for example, a squad with only 4 bowlers needs at least 2), but never below 1. The team builder shows each role's minimum for the match.
• You choose a Captain, who earns 2x points, and a Vice-Captain, who earns 1.5x points.
• You may create several different teams for a match, but not two identical ones. Teams can be edited until the match's scheduled start time, when they lock.

5. Contests

Each match may have one contest, which is either a Mega Contest or a Fun Contest. The contest page shows its type and prizes before you join, and you may enter any number of your teams.

• Mega Contest: the top-ranked teams share a prize pool of reward vouchers and also receive F11 Coins. The pool starts at a base amount (for example ₹500) and can grow as more teams join. The pool, how it is split between ranks, and the F11 Coins per winner are fixed when the contest is created and shown on the contest page.
• Fun Contest: played for F11 Coins only, with no vouchers. The top 11 teams each win the F11 Coins shown on the contest page (for example 100 F11 Coins).
• Cancellation: if a match is abandoned or cancelled, or a contest has no entries when the match starts, the contest is cancelled and no prizes are awarded.

6. Points and Results

• Points follow the scoring system on the How to Play page, using official match statistics from our cricket data provider.
• Schedules, squads, live scores, results and player data come from a third-party provider. We do not alter this data to favour any user. We correct it only to match the official scorecard, and we are not responsible for errors in the provider's data.
• Points and ranks shown while a match is in progress are provisional. After the match, we check the scorecard and may correct points before declaring the winners. Once winners are declared, results are final.
• Ties: teams level on points always receive separate ranks, decided by our system's tie-break rules. Prizes are not split, and the ranks are final.

7. Vouchers and F11 Coins

Prizes are never paid as cash, and Fantasy11 does not offer withdrawals to bank accounts.

• Voucher Balance: Mega Contest winnings are added to your Voucher Balance (₹) once the winners are declared.
• Redeeming vouchers: you can ask to redeem your Voucher Balance for Amazon gift vouchers. We review each request and send the voucher to the email address on your account.
• Converting: you may convert Voucher Balance into F11 Coins at the rate shown in your wallet. This cannot be reversed.
• F11 Coins: you earn F11 Coins from daily bonuses, optional rewarded ads, referrals, Fun Contests and Mega Contest prizes. F11 Coins will be used for Auctions, a feature coming soon. F11 Coins have no cash value and can never be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged for vouchers or transferred to another account.
• Non-Transferable: vouchers and F11 Coins belong to your account only and cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
• Taxes: prizes may be taxable under Indian law. Where the law requires us to deduct tax or collect details from you before handing over a prize, we will do so.

8. Fair Play

Points are worked out the same way for everyone, from the official match statistics. To keep contests fair, you must not:

• hold more than one account, or use anyone else's;
• use bots, scripts or any automated means to create teams, join contests or earn F11 Coins;
• collude with other users, or exploit a bug or error instead of reporting it.

If we find a breach, we may disqualify the teams involved, withhold or reverse prizes, F11 Coins and vouchers, and suspend or close the accounts concerned.

9. Advertising

Fantasy11 shows ads, which pay for the prizes. Watching rewarded ads for F11 Coins is always optional.

10. Third Parties

• Apple and Google are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any contest or prize on Fantasy11.
• Amazon is not a sponsor of Fantasy11 or its contests. Amazon gift vouchers are subject to Amazon's own terms and conditions.
• Fantasy11 is not affiliated with or endorsed by any cricket board, league, team or player. Names and statistics are used only to describe real matches.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Fantasy11, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AppBrigade Technologies (OPC) Private Limited or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

12. Responsible Play

Contests are free, F11 Coins have no cash value, and you may play as little as you like. To help you keep an eye on your time, your Profile offers an optional daily play-time reminder: choose a limit and we will let you know once you have spent that long on Fantasy11 in a day. It is a reminder only and never blocks you. If you are worried about your gaming habits, write to us at [email protected] and we will point you to support.

13. Grievance Officer

If you have a complaint about the platform, a contest result, a voucher request or the handling of your account, write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge every complaint and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

14. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided as it is. Live scores and points depend on third-party data and may be delayed or briefly wrong until corrected. Fantasy11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, including damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses.

15. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Fantasy11 after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
